"Till the present day, scientists have not managed to remove the nucleus of an atom," you explain to the audience. With this thought in mind, you display an atom base with a gleaming nucleus. It's removable, only if you know how! — and that is the challenge you set forth.
Ask any member of the audience to try to remove the steel ball (nucleus) with just their fingers and they will fall time and again. Then, you concentrate, and effortlessly - and with just two fingers - remove the gleaming nucleus from its base!
Note: from time to time there might be somebody who is able to lift the nucleus out of its base, but he will not even know how he did it. For this case, you magically stabilize the nucleus and the spectator will not be able to remove it again no matter how often he tries!
