The magician shows his hands to be empty and takes a transparent glass from the table, holding it with his thumb and index finger at the bottom. Every spectator can see that the hand and glass are otherwise empty.
Suddenly a red silk appears inside the glass. The silk appears that fast that nobody will recognize where it came from! From one second to the other it’s there inside the transparent glass.
As if that is not enough a second silk in contrasting color appears in the glass seconds later!
Werry’s Silk in Glass Plus uses a gimmick developed by Werry in 1969, now made to perfection. No mirror, thread, wire or body load is used. It works nearly automatic and can be performed under full lightning. It should be mentioned that the silks can be used immediately after their appearance for other tricks.
Werry’s Silk in Glass Plus is ideal for silk combinations. One of the most popular: The assistant holds the glass. You have a silk vanished by any method. At the same time the silk vanishes it reappers inside the glass.
The cups are about 4 inches (10,5 cm) high, with a diameter of approx. 3.14 inches ( 8 cm) at the top and 2.16 ( 5,5 cm) at the bottom. They perfectly fit to our other tricks with glasses.
